How to Pay for ACETEL’s Application Form:

Firstly, navigate to the Remita website, accessible at https://remita.net/.
Choose the option “Pay TSA & States.”
From the pop-up menu, select “FGN: Federal Government of Nigeria.”
Locate the entry for “NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA AFRICA CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE ON TECHNOLOGY ENHANCED LEARNING.”
Under the “Name of Service/Purpose section,” opt for the corresponding application fee (Master or PhD).
Enter “0000” in the field for “GIFMIS Code.”
Input the designated amount for payment (N20,000 for Masters, N30,000 for PhD).
Provide your name, phone number, and email address.
Mark the checkbox indicating, “I am not a robot.”
Proceed by clicking the “submit” button and follow the payment process accordingly.

After Completing the Payment:

Access the application portal by visiting https://www.aceteladmissions.nouedu2.net/, then log in.
Click on “Submit/View Application” (Login Required).
If you have previously filled out an application form, select “View your previous submission.”
Choose “Edit” to finalize your form and attach the proof of payment.
On Page 5, in the “Supporting Documents” Section, upload your payment receipt from Remita.
Review the information provided and click on “Preview and Submit.”

Congratulations, your application is now prepared for processing.
