Important Instructions to Graduates:
- Graduates with initials in their names should provide their full names.
- Graduates with four names are only allowed to use three names.
- Graduates with incorrect names should provide their correct names.
- Graduates with incorrect study centres should provide their correct study centres.
- Graduates with incorrect matriculation numbers should provide their correct matriculation numbers.
How to Report Discrepancies on the Graduation List:
- Identify all corrections.
