To register for NOUN Exclusion Letter through the National Youth Corp Service website => https://portal.nysc.org.ng/, you must have to be a complete graduate from the National Open University of Nigeria first.
This means you ought to have completed and concluded your program in the school before you can be eligible for this service.
It is also the same procedure for any student of the conventional universities.
Before you go on with any registration on the National Youth Corp Service website, first of all check the senate list to be sure that your name is available on the list of people who are eligible for registration and will also be issued their NOUN Exclusion Letter after registration have been done.
